1. When ordering your favorite Starbucks cafe latte, always order with non fat milk.
2. Eat natural plain oatmeal for breakfast with a 1/4 cup of blueberries or blackberries, instead of a bowl of cereal or sweetened peaches & cream oatmeal.
3. Eat a salad before lunch and dinner. Not only are you getting the neccesary vegetables that your body needs, but you will eat less of a most likely higher calorie entree. But WATCH the salad dressing, use lowfat italion dressing or a rasberry vinegrette.
4. When reaching for a twinkie from the pantry, DONT! Eat 8-12 almonds has healthy snack to satisfy your hunger.
5. Order soup and a salad instead of a sandwhich. This will cut down on calories and the amount of simple carbs that you eating.
