Tote bags are used when maximum capacity is needed. Many girls will use a tote bag at school or college to carry books and notebooks between classes. Tote bags will fall in the middle of the upper body, about elbow's length, while shoulder bags will usually fall around the hip. Clutch Bags Clutch bags are very small. They are made for formal occasions where you do not need to bring all your things.
