As most everyone knows by now, Paris Hilton was released from the Century Regional Detention Facility early this morning (June 26). So, what’s next for the “reformed” socialite?
So far, the heiress has thanked TMZ and been stashed away until the attention dies down a little.

Just before her release, Hilton’s lawyer, Richard Hutton, reportedly handed a note to Harvey Levin, managing editor of TMZ. The note included an amusing drawing of the heiress in front of cell doors in the Lynwood jail, compliments of Paris’ artistic hand.
She also thanked Levin for his “fair and unbiased reporting of the events in her case,” according to press.

Following the note-passing, Paris and parents embraced before speeding off of the Lynwood premises, eventually making their way to the grandparents’ pad in LA’s ritzy Holmby Hills area.
And while the Hilton caravan sped past the gates and into seclusion, Holmby Hills residents were left to deal with the media blitz throughout their typically quiet neighborhood.

“What I think is funny is every single news person here apologized to me,” one resident told press, adding, “It’s not real news. What’s the story here?”

From this point, ‘The Simple Life’ star plans on keeping a low profile until her Wednesday evening appearance on CNN’s “Larry King Live.”

We’ll be sure to bring any and all updates as they occur. In the meantime, enjoy Paris’ drawing and more pictures of her release from jail.
