Regular drinking of water can definitely stop the unwanted wrinkles. This is because water will moisturize your skin. Aside from drinking plenty of water, you should also take a bath regularly.

Some of these studies have taken a look in to the food eaten by wrinkly people and those eaten by the not wrinkly people. Studies have found out that those people with wrinkles often eat sweet foods such as pastries and cakes. They also drink soft drinks, red meat, margarine, butter, and dairy foods which are fatty.
As for those people who have minimum wrinkles, they eat only dairy products that are low in fat, they drink tea, and they seldom eat cakes or pastries. They also eat fish, vegetables, and legumes.

Creams and Other Facial Care Products
