Anti-aging tips will not be enough if they are all wrong theories and beliefs. Everything should be factual in order for things to work out. So here are tips that based on facts that will surely retain the beauty of you skin. As the common saying goes, prevention is better than cure. Sunbeds - if you are using sunbed, think twice. You are actually increasing the aging of your skin. Contrary to the common belief, sunbeds are not safe for tanning. They emit UV rays that cause the acceleration of tanning and aging of the skin which are actually then exact opposite of the effects we want to achieve.

Lipstick - not all people know that lipsticks actually make you look younger. They also protect the lips from the sun's harmful rays. This is one reason that lip cancer is more common with men.

The Eyes - over exposure to the sun may lead to cataracts and age related macular degeneration. So before leaving the house, make sure you are equipped with sun glasses and a wide brimmed hat.

Water - as all of us know, water does miracles. It is capable of curing coughs, colds and many other illnesses. However, this may not be enough. Most of us believe that drinking a lot of water can help moisturize skin and keep tem smooth and supple. The truth is that water is not enough. Moisturizers may do the action.

Sleep - we all know that enough sleep brings us several advantages. A good and long night's sleep is one of the best ways to keep skin smooth and looking its best. The trick to a healthy, glowing, and radiant skin is to have enough sleep, a balanced diet, and exercise regularly.

Cellulite - there are several people who experience cellulite. Unfortunately, exercise and water does not make your cellulite disappear. Having less body fat will be a great help. There are creams and procedures that can be applied to reduce the appearance of cellulite. However if it is really a big deal for you, a talk with your dermatologist will help.
